HortFert plus Ltd offers a full range of products for Turf, including fertilisers, associated products, customised fertiliser blending and crop protection products for turf use

Floranid Master is a very fine granulated slow release fertiliser with Isodur slow release Nitrogen, specially designed for fine turf surfaces such as cricket wickets, golf and bowling greens.

Floranid Turf is a slow release turf fertiliser specifically designed for sports fields, golf tees and surrounds and ornamental lawns. It contains Isodur slow release Nitrogen for even Nitrogen release over 8-12 weeks.

Floranid Club is a slow release turf fertiliser specifically designed for autumn and winter application to professional turf surfaces such as golf tees, fairways, bowling greens and sports fields. Contains Isodur slow release Nitrogen for 8-12 weeks feeding.

Floranid Permanent This slow release fertiliser contains two-thirds fast acting and one third slow acting forms of Nitrogen with a good balance of nutrients and trace elements for 2 to 3 months feeding. Floranid Permanent is ideal for use on turf and a wide range of intensively grown horticultural crop and ornamentals.

Floranid 32N (IBDU) - Slow release Nitrogen. Floranid 32N release Nitrogen slowly over a period of 3-4 months providing slow release Nitrogen on sports turf areas with adequate Phosphate and Potash. Alternatively it can be blended with an NPK fertiliser such as Nitrophoska or HydroComplex.

Triabon"Complete" slow release fertiliser containing a balance of NPK plus trace elements that give quick and lasting results from day one and for up to 3 to 4 months. Triabon releases its nutrients at all pH levles and can be incorporated into potting mixes, applied as a side dressing, or top-dressed for container grown plants. This fertiliser performs exceedingly well even under very cool growing conditions.

Turf Gold A two particle mixture containing 48% of it's total Nitrogen as Trikote Polymer coated Sulphur coated Urea. It is non-staining and does not need to be watered in immediately.

Turf K A two particle mixture containing 66% of it's total Nitrogen as Trikote Polymer coated Sulphur coated Urea to provide up to 12 weeks of Nitrogen release. Contains Sulphate of Potash to avoid Chloride burning.

Mini Turf A high quality mini sized homogeneous NPK fertiliser with Iron, Zinc and Sulphur. Can be used on a wide variety of turf grasses including closely mown tees and fairways.

Short Kut 22 A mini sized controlled release fertiliser for tees and other closely mown turf. Contains 62% controlled release Nitrogen with the addition of SUlphur and Iron.

Greenskote Potash A premium micro sized slow release Potassium fertiliser for fine turf. Can be applied alone or blended with other micro sized fertilisers to boost Potassium levels, turf hardiness and disease resistance.

Trikote Minis Mini sized Nitrogen granules for even distribution on high quality closely mown turf surfaces, eg greens, tees and closely mown fairways. Nitrogen is consistently released for up to 12 weeks. Contains 6% Sulphur for deep green colour. Can be easily mixed with other mini sized fertilisers.

Enduro 38N Fine granular slow release Nitrogen fertiliser which releases Nitrogen by both hydrolysis and through soil micro organisms.

Best Pre-Plant XB A dust-free homogeneous granulated formulation, excellent as a pre-plant for turf, ornamentals and vegetables. Contains high levels of Phosphorus and Potash plus Iron, Zinc and Sulphur.

Mini Turf A high quality mini sized homogeneous NPK fertiliser with Iron, Zinc and Sulphur. Can be used on a wide variety of turf grasses including closely mowed tees and fairways.

HydroComplex This quick-acting (4 to 6 week release) granulated fertiliser contains balanced NPK+1.8Mg+8S+TE. This formulation contains no chloride and can be used for high quality turf surfaces and Chloride sensitive vegetables, flowers and nursery crops in soil or potting mixes.

Nitrophoska Products Nitrophoska Blue TE contains Chloride and is for crops grown outdoors in soil; not for Chloride sensitive crops. Nitrophoska Blue Extra & Special are Chloride free and can be used for crops under cover and/or in media.

NutriKelp An organic based liquid fertiliser which has been NPK plus trace element fortified to provide balanced feeding. Nutrikelp is based on sea kelp and humus extract to provide over 60 naturally occurring major and trace nutrients, amino acids and growth promotants. Nutrikelp Plus has a high concentration of sea kelp.

Nutri-Gro & De-Pact Natural products containing wetting agents and oils for fertilising and pest management.

Gypsum Gypsum, is a natural rock mineral that provides an excelletn source of Calcium and Sulphur. Gypsum provides additional Calcium for the crop where an increase in pH is NOT required.

Calcium Ammonium Nitrate(CAN) An immediately available source of Nitrogen in a balance of the nitrate and ammonium forms.

Patent Kali Organic. Contains Potassium, Magnessium and Sulphur in a desirable balance.

Calmag Grades of Magnesium oxide to provide additional Mg in potting mixes and soils without affecting soil pH.

Dolomite Lime A fine lime formulation that adjusts pH levels more quickly plus supplies the crop with both Magnesium and Calcium.

Superphosphate - powdered A fine powdered Superphosphate which provides good distribution and early availability of phosphorus and sulphur for all growing mixes, including seed raising mixes and bgedding plant mixes.

Blood & Bone and Meat & Bone Organic fertilisers with slowly available nutrients. One tonne pallet quantities available in 25kg or 40 kg bag.

Penetraide A highly effective micro-encapsulated, granular re-wetting agent. This unique product not only allows the soil or sand to re-wet in periods of dry out, but also improves turf growth and hleps the plant to utilise nutrients more efficiently. Penetraide will last up to 7 months depending on application, rate and amount of dry out. Aqua-feed is a combination of Floranid Master and Penetraide slow release products.
